Goyal Proteins Limited & Goyal Vegoils Limited are a part of well-known Goyal Group, a popular name in Western India that has multifarious business activities including Agro edible oil Industry, Industrial Soya Bi-Products, Soya processing.
The Goyal Group Founder Late Shri Ramawatar Goyal formed Goyal Group in 1970. Based on his efforts, Soybean Processing Complex was set up in 2001 at Kasar, Kota, Rajasthan, This is the only soybean processing plant in western India which integrates the world’s best technologies to process soybean based value added products which was later merged with Goyal Vegoils Limited in 2007, equipped with Chillex technology as its mustard processing division. The manufacturing unit comprises of the Seed Preparation Plant, Solvent Extraction Plant facilitated with Flash Desolventizer, Oil Refinery, Flour Milling Plant and Textured Soya Protein Plant.
The soya products manufactured by Goyal Proteins Ltd. and the mustard products manufactured by Goyal Vegoils Ltd. have a wide application in confectionery, baking, pharmaceuticals and downstream products such as protein isolate, protein concentrates etc. The good reputation of Goyal Group is owed completely to its never compromising attitude in purchasing the best quality seed and providing pure products. The texturized soya defatted products like defatted soya DOC, Hi-pro DOC, Mustard DOC is the first product of its kind to have the license to use the ISI quality mark from the Bureau of Indian Standards. Deep Jyoti and Jyoti Kiran are widely acclaimed consumer edible oil among the western Indian populace.
Goyal Group is also engaged in crop developmental work like soybean variety trials, mustard variety trails, seed multiplication and seed based agronomy, entomology and plant pathology experiments. The Biometric observations are made with statistical analysis. We have a modern seed processing unit to supply high quality soya Seeds for sowing purposes.

Late Shri Ramavtar Goyal (Founder)
All has been created only by the hard work and grace of Late Sh. Ramawatar Goyal. He belonged to a very small town named Khanpur. He actively participated in the major social works carried throughout the village like hospitals, temples and other social works. Examples of his social works starts from the muktidham of Khanpur and this list of social works is never ending.

The main product manufactured by the group is prime quality edible oil, the end users of which are household buyers and commercial establishments like restaurants and caterers. To ensure proper supplies to the end-users, the Goyal Group has set-up a very comprehensive and sound distribution network, particularly for its retail operations.
The chain of distribution network includes distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers and shopping marts. Even the smallest of towns and villages in the state of Rajasthan has been given importance and networked to extend the reach of the range of products in the vicinity of far-off markets.
Goyal Group is also creating distribution centres all across the country, apart from the state of Rajasthan for supplying its range of high-quality consumer products.
Application of latest marketing techniques and sound logistics, backed with a dedicated team of professionals and field staff have been ensuring proper distribution and marketing network for the Goyal Group.
